I had an amazin experience working with Mike Bellini. He was professional, patient and answered all my questions. He was considerate and did not push me to get something out of my budget. Mike did suck a great job working with me that I even came back to purchase a car for my wife. I don't usually leave reviews, but felt this experience was really worth it. I highly recommend their services and particularly Mike's. I will definitely be back!!!

Chad was the one who assisted me in person on my first time at the dealership ... He was nice, down to earth, and very patient. He went out of his way to make it all possible and made sure I left the dealership in the car that I wanted which was a new 2021 dodge charger GT . On June 1, 2021 I came to the LA CDJR at the Down Town L.A. dealership. I needed an oil inspection/treatment. The guy that helped me was Joe DiThomas. He has helped me before, when I brought my car in for another check up. Both times, he didn't hesitate to show his concern about what I needed. He was on point! I voiced my concern and he really did a great job getting things done, in a timely manner. Not only that, he helped me save some money! Great guy!!

Great experience! Jorge Solis worked with me via text to figure out a deal that fit my budget. Got the credit ran and everything before I even had to be at the dealership (I live in Long Beach). Once there it was less then 2 hours before everything was signed and I rolled out with the 392 Challenger!

Just keep getting better took my Wife 2017 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN for serviced and Tanya Ruiz was on top of it got me in and out and explain everything with no problems even got me a great deal with a maintenance plan for my next oil change. Took my car due to my wiper blades not turning off and the consultant Tanya was very helpful. The service center was full of cars and was told I wasn’t going to get my car by tomorrow but Tanya went out of her way and bumped my car to the front line and called that my car would be ready the same day ! Thank you !
Great service. They had my car ready way earlier than they said, so it was great. The guy who helped me gave me a sour apple blow pop which is my favorite flavor! Check out was fast and easy.
Steven Breceda, a salesman at LACDJ, was amazing. He was really lovely, patient, and, most importantly, NOT pushy. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed to do anything, or did I feel the usual cheap car salesman feeling you would typically get at a dealership. The entire process was pleasant, and I felt like I could trust these guys.
