There has been different people helping me with my Jeep, but the only person that seemed very respectful attending to my questions and making me feel safe about buying a jeep was Chris A. He definitely went above and beyond to answer my questions. I’m sure they get annoyed about getting the same dumb questions about cars, but he actually made an effort to respectfully answer my questions to make me feel safe there. I’ll definitely come back there.

I was impressed when Frankie Guzman walked out of the service area to me at the toll truck bring my car in for service. From that point on Mr. Guzman was attentive and empathic to help me understand what to expect during the repair of my car. He helped calm me down when I learned a part had to be ordered and it would take time. All in all I would say Frankie is an excellent asset to your service department

Service Technician talks to you directly, came in to pick up and have programed a missing Key Fob from new Wagoneer S 4XE. My service experience at Downtown CJDR was excellent I didn’t have an appointment but they managed to get to my car and gave me a quote for repairs. I did choose not to do the repairs (old car , hi miles) but was still treated fairly. Note: facility and employees are all 5 star
