His professionalism and patience was right on point: heard me out, handed him paperwork, and he knew exactly what to do. Aside from fixing my air bags, my car came back with extra amenities like a fancy key for an old 2008 car, felt like a new car. Melvin Sandoval was a top notch individual to work with! I would highly recommend asking for him specifically. His knowledge of the vehicles he is selling is phenomenal. He was able to answer all of our questions and offer even more info than we knew we needed. He did not pressure us at all and the whole process was very smooth. We felt very well taken care of throughout the whole process. Save yourself some time, and start with seeing Melvin first! Jeremy in finance was also top notch. I would assume he was working in finance way beyond what time he has under his belt.

Although I didn’t end up buying, the experience was so positive that I chose to return my leased vehicle through them. I truly appreciated their flexibility — they kindly accepted the return over the weekend, even though they typically process lease returns only on weekdays.
