I had my car serviced at the LA Dodge Dealer in Downtown Los Angeles with Cesar Maldonado. His professionalism and patience was right on point: heard me out, handed him paperwork, and he knew exactly what to do. Aside from fixing my air bags, my car came back with extra amenities like a fancy key for an old 2008 car, felt like a new car. I recently had a positive experience at the Los Angeles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram regarding my repairs. I have a warranty and paid my $200 deductible. Initially, I was concerned that some of the repairs might not be covered, as I was told the warranty needed to approve them. I feared I might have to pay out of pocket, which worried me the most. However, after a week of having left my car there, I was relieved to find that the warranty covered all the repairs. I am extremely grateful for the warranty, and every penny I invested in it has proven worthwhile. The repairs addressed mechanical issues, including suspension problems and a burned circuit that caused my car to turn off unexpectedly on the freeway, which was quite alarming. Now that the repairs are complete, my car is functioning like new again. I am thankful for the repairs and plan to continue investing in the warranty for the sake of safety and cost-effective maintenance.

Definitely had some industry questions about buying a vehicle as an out-of-state consumer and Mr. Jeremy and Mr. CURTIS went above and beyond and answering my questions even though I was not purchasing directly from their dealership, they still went out of their way to help me, which is uncommon in this industry. If y’all need anything and come across this dealership, definitely go ask for them. One is Finance. The other is a general manager.🙌🫡

I recently visited for an issue with my Jeep Wrangler’s battery. At this point, I’ve lost count of how many times this car has had problems. For a vehicle priced over $100,000, it’s unbelievable how many basic issues keep coming up. On top of that, every visit for service has been disappointing, from the poor service quality to the unfriendly staff—it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. However, this time was different because of the kindness of the staff who helped me. I’m not sure why, but some locations provide rental cars during repairs, while others don’t. We all know the reasons behind that. Yet Christian Ascencio stood out—he didn’t hesitate to call an Uber for me instead. He was thoughtful, resourceful, and incredibly kind.
