I had my car serviced at the LA Dodge Dealer in Downtown Los Angeles with Cesar Maldonado. His professionalism and patience was right on point: heard me out, handed him paperwork, and he knew exactly what to do. Aside from fixing my air bags, my car came back with extra amenities like a fancy key for an old 2008 car, felt like a new car. Thank you Cesar for the personal follow-ups with me, lots of TLC at this place!

Melvin Sandoval was a top notch individual to work with! I would highly recommend asking for him specifically. His knowledge of the vehicles he is selling is phenomenal. He was able to answer all of our questions and offer even more info than we knew we needed. He did not pressure us at all and the whole process was very smooth. We felt very well taken care of throughout the whole process. Save yourself some time, and start with seeing Melvin first! Jeremy in finance was also top notch. I would assume he was working in finance way beyond what time he has under his belt.

I recently visited this dealership to test drive a few Jeep models while deciding on my next car. Although I didn’t end up buying, the experience was so positive that I chose to return my leased vehicle through them. I truly appreciated their flexibility — they kindly accepted the return over the weekend, even though they typically process lease returns only on weekdays. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference. Huge thanks to Kaydee for her patience and professionalism. She answered all my (many!) questions without ever making me feel rushed. Also, a big thank you to manager Samuel for going out of his way to help with the lease return. I’ve also used their service department a couple of times — once for a recall and again for regular maintenance. Each time, the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Overall, this dealership has earned my trust, and I’ll definitely keep them in mind for the future.

Christian Ascencio 10/10 service as usual! I have been to Chris a few other times for some care troubles (someone broke my window and I had to order a new piece). Because of my positive experience through that situation, I will continue going back for Christian's service with all car related things! He truly is the best and super accommodating. One of the best car service guys I've met!

My Jeep wrangling 2015 need maintenance and I took the car to the dealer LA CDJR. Christina Ascencion and the mechanic done excellent services in my car. Christian explained very well what the car need for maintenance. He is professional, friendly, knowledge explaining what need to be done in my car. I though I will take longer to fix it but it was done everything on time. Thank you Christian for the service provide to my car.
